Quality： This company made some custom products for us, unfortunately they turned out to be a very unprofessional company that offered a really slow service and terrible quality products. We were unable to use the custom made parts because they failed to make them to the agreed specification and quality. Service： Service was terrible and the quality of goods even worse. Like many Chinese companies, they are straight on the defensive and never prepared to accept responsibility for the quality of work. Constant excuses and passing the blame for their poor quality products. I believe they awere subbed out to another company. Picture shows a supposed Nickel plated part with an Allen key prep, new to an actual Allen key. Judge for yourself. Alibaba Trade Assurance was not great, Although I was able to recover 75% of the costs.  Due to the minefield of poor quality companies like this on Alibaba, be will now be sourcing anything else via the platform.
